Getting there

Kefalonia has two main ports that the ferries go to from mainland Greece. The port of Sami, where the ferries from Patra arrive and the the port of Poros where the ferries from both Patra and Kyllini dock. The port of Argostoli is also used but the trips are not often because of its location.
